Wine country transportation across Sonoma, Napa and Solano counties

We run our own vehicles and chauffeurs out of Sonoma. Tasting-room days, weddings, airport transfers and corporate offsites are all booked the same way, as one itinerary with one vehicle and one price for the day.

From Sonoma we cover Sonoma County, Napa County and Solano County, the three counties linked by the Highway 12 corridor. The groups below name every locality we pick up in.

How wine country coverage works

We book days here as-directed. The vehicle and chauffeur stay with the group from the first pickup to the last drop-off, so an extra tasting room or a longer lunch needs no new quote. Airport runs go to Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport for regional flights and to SFO or OAK for everything else, and we set the pickup time from the flight number you send. On wedding days we split the work into a party run and guest waves, and we agree the venue access with you before the date.

This is our home county: wine tour transportation through the Russian River Valley and the Sonoma Valley, wedding party transportation at the valley venues, and airport transfers to Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport. A 13-passenger Mercedes Sprinter suits a tasting group, and a 27-passenger Minibus suits a wave of wedding guests.
Napa County: American Canyon, Calistoga, Napa, St. Helena, Yountville. Napa Valley days run north on Highway 29 or the Silverado Trail, booked by the hour or as-directed so the group sets the pace. A 6-passenger Luxury SUV works for a couple or a small party, and a 56-passenger Motor Coach carries a full guest list from one hotel.
Solano County: Benicia, Dixon, Fairfield, Rio Vista, Suisun City, Vacaville, Vallejo. Highway 12 runs from these towns straight into the Sonoma and Napa valleys, so they book the same wine tour and wedding work, plus airport transfers to SFO and OAK and corporate transportation to offsites in the valleys. A 27-passenger Minibus is a good size for a group coming across from here.

Yes. We move the wedding party first and then guests in waves, and the same vehicle returns for the late run once the venue closes.

Yes. A single itinerary can collect in any of the three counties listed here and run the whole day as one trip.
