We are a private group transportation company in Sonoma, and we run our own vehicles and chauffeurs. A day here is a winery day, a wedding day or an airport run to meet guests coming in for one of the two.

Our SUVs, Sprinter Vans, minibuses and motorcoaches cover airport transfers, Kenwood weddings, Boyes Hot Springs shuttles and wine-country days. From Sonoma we cover Sonoma County, Napa County and Solano County, and the service-area page lists the towns in each.

The fleet

SUV, Sprinter van, minibus, or motorcoach.

We use the 6-passenger Luxury SUV for a small-party wine day or an executive airport run, and its spacious luggage area still takes a weekend's bags for four.

The 13-passenger Mercedes Sprinter Executive Van is the class to start with here. It keeps a tasting group together, handles the venue drives and carries the wedding party on the day.

The 27-passenger Minibus moves a guest block between a hotel and a venue, and its luggage compartment means it also works for the airport leg.

The 56-passenger Motor Coach takes a full guest list or a large group down to the bay in one vehicle, with an onboard restroom and underbelly luggage room for the longer runs.

We run three more classes. The 13-passenger Mercedes Sprinter Shuttle Van is our second van, with the same leather cabin and luggage compartment as the Executive Van. The 31-passenger Minibus has four more seats than the 27. The 40-passenger Motor Coach has the onboard restroom and the 452 Cu. Ft. underbelly luggage room on a shorter body, so it reaches more of the valley venues than the 56 does. The fleet page lists seats, luggage and cabin details for each.

Tell us the party size and the luggage. On a wine day the venue drive decides the vehicle more than the seat count does, and we would sooner size that before the booking than on the gravel.

Where we operate in Sonoma

Sonoma Plaza makes a good meeting point, and from there the day runs out through Boyes Hot Springs, Glen Ellen and Kenwood. The vehicle stays with the group for the whole day.

Charles M. Schulz–Sonoma County Airport is the local field, and we also run to San Francisco International and Oakland International for guests flying in for a wedding or a tasting weekend. Send the flight number and we set the pickup from the scheduled arrival.

Private-aviation arrivals into the county are booked on the same terms as a commercial flight. Send the tail number, the FBO and the estimated arrival time and we time the pickup to it. Departures are booked the same way, including the early ones after a weekend event.

We pick up for weddings and events at Sonoma Plaza, Boyes Hot Springs, Glen Ellen and Kenwood. Venue drives and turnouts differ a lot here, so before the date we check what a 27-passenger Minibus or a 56-passenger Motor Coach can do at each address.

Wine tour transportation is the core of the work here, and it is booked as-directed: you hold the vehicle for the day and we drive whatever list you end up with. Guests who start in San Francisco or Oakland are collected there and brought up for the same day.

A wedding weekend runs three ways at once, all on one booking: the wedding party in a 13-passenger Mercedes Sprinter, guests shuttled from a hotel block in a 27-passenger Minibus or a 56-passenger Motor Coach, and a late return after the venue closes.

Corporate work here is offsites and small conferences more often than commuting: a vehicle held for a day of meetings, a shuttle between a lodge and a tasting room, or an airport run for a leadership team. Recurring shuttles are quoted as a program.

Team travel, school and youth group transportation and faith and community charters run on the larger classes. We ask for the roster and the luggage first, because a day out of the county needs the luggage room more than the extra seats.

We also offer non-emergency appointment transportation, where the vehicle waits through the appointment, and hourly and as-directed charters for anything that does not fit a fixed route.
